Connect Gmail

1. Open Bubble and choose Connect Gmail.
2. Select the Google account you want to use.
3. Review and approve the Gmail permission.
4. Keep Bubble open while the first conversations load.

Bubble currently supports Gmail. Microsoft, iCloud, Yahoo, and generic IMAP are not enabled yet.

Mail is not refreshing

• Pull down on the inbox to refresh.
• Confirm the iPhone has a working network connection.
• If Google access was revoked, sign out of Bubble and connect Gmail again.
• Background refresh is best effort and is scheduled by iOS; it is not a guaranteed real-time notification service.

Add or switch Gmail accounts

1. Open Bubble and tap the settings gear.
2. Tap Add another Gmail account.
3. Choose and authorize the additional Google account.
4. Return to Settings and tap an account to switch its mailbox into view.

Bubble keeps each account's conversations, cache, pins, and sync state separate. It does not merge accounts into a unified inbox.

Find more conversations

Bubble automatically requests the next Gmail page as you approach the bottom. On a slow connection, a Loading more indicator may appear. If a request fails, tap Retry.

Use the filter chips for Unread, Starred, Sent, Files, and Groups. Search can be combined with filters.

Send or reply

Open a conversation and tap the message field to reply in place, or use the compose button for a new email. Review the visible To, Cc, and Bcc recipients before sending.

If Bubble reports that a send result is uncertain, check Gmail Sent before trying again to avoid a duplicate.

Archive and Trash

Bubble supports reversible Gmail actions. Moving a conversation to Trash does not immediately permanently delete it. Use Undo when available if an action was accidental.

Remove an account and its local data

1. Tap the settings gear in Bubble.
2. Use the account menu and tap Remove from Bubble, or tap Sign out for the active account.
3. Confirm the account removal.

Bubble removes that account's Keychain credential, cached mail, attachments, pins, and sync state from the device. Your original messages remain in Gmail, and other connected accounts stay available. You may also revoke access from Google Account connections.
